“NDT WELDING”– laboratory and certification
“NDT WELDING” offers certification services for steel and aluminum structures in accordance with the requirements of System 2+. The company assesses the compliance of welding process parameters, geometric parameters of welded joints and mechanical characteristics.
The company carries out initial inspection of production at the enterprise and control of the production process, continuous monitoring, evaluation and testing of production process control in accordance with the requirements of the standard LVS EN 1090-1 “Manufacture of steel and aluminum structures”. Part 1. Assessment of compliance with requirements for load-bearing structural elements and the conditions of trade of construction products of Regulation No. 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
The production of various products sets high requirements for welding quality. To ensure this, welders must strictly follow the welding parameters of the respective joint specified in the welding procedure specification (WPS - Welding Procedure Specification). Our experts are certified by the International Institute of Welding (IIW).
LABORATORY
The laboratory is accredited according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Wide range of non-destructive testing (NDT) tests.
CERTIFICATION
The certification institution is accredited according to the ISO/IEC 17065:2013 standard. We offer certification of metal structures according to the EN 1090 standard and certification of the welding process (WPQR).
